Our Share® Original plums grow wild in a 150-square-kilometer bee sanctuary in Southeast Asia and are harvested by hand. We then ferment the “Prunus mume,” the fruit’s botanical name, in its own juice for at least 30 months. The recipe for this process has been a closely guarded secret for decades. Then, our Share® Original plums are coated with high-quality herbs (mulberry fruit, yerba mate, natural carotene extract). And because, as we all know, the best comes at the end, we package each individual plum airtight so that another fermentation process can take place in the package.
TCM's thousand-year-old treasure
Our exclusive Share® Pomelozzini® are made from hand-picked, natural pomelo fruit (citrus maxima). The whole fruit is first crushed and then fermented for 30 months in the fruit’s own juice. For this, we use the same mother ferment as for our popular SHARE® Original plums. After this complex fermentation process, we form small pralines that delight with their fruity-bitter flavor. The slight bitterness comes from the essential oils and albedo (white flesh) of the pomelo and is particularly beneficial to the body.

ShareAqua d’Oro® is an innovative beverage that is made exclusively from the juice of fermented fruits and vegetables. It is the first drink of its kind on the market. ShareAqua d’Oro® is also called “Golden Water” and is rich in valuable antioxidants and a range of prebiotics and beneficial microorganisms that have a positive effect. These properties make ShareAqua d’Oro® the perfect complement to our Share® Original fermented green plums and SHARE Pomelozzini® chocolates.
